Tech Women Support is an initiative to help more women transition to tech and grow in their tech careers. We believe that women can accelerate their growth journey by getting invaluable knowledge, support, and insights to help them navigate their next steps better.
Our goal is to help & support more women’s education. This initiative is for women switching to Tech, or growing in their Tech careers. We do this by providing support via mentorship and resources to women transitioning to Tech or early in their tech careers.
We have designed a mentorship program for women who are interested in pursuing a career in technology (currently for Software Engineering & Product Management). The program is intended to provide mentorship, guidance, and support to help women develop their skills, knowledge, and confidence in the technology industry.

The next cohort will run for eight weeks starting in Q3 2023, during which mentees will be paired with mentors who will provide guidance and support in their chosen field of interest.
